DAVA’s Job Training program in the Studio Arts uses more in depth, process-driven art projects to teach students about the working world. Middle-school students (ages 11-14) work with staff and inspiring guest artists to learn a wide variety of art techniques, including drawing, painting, ceramics, sculpture, mixed media, and installations.

Studio Arts students use their art training as a basis for celebrating the many voices that comprise the diversity of culture within Aurora.

Job Training in the Studio Arts hours: Monday through Thursday,
3:15 p.m.-5:15p.m. (summer hours from 1:30 p.m.-4:30p.m.)
